About me

I don't sell you anything I haven't done myself.

My name is Chris Faderl. I finished my business administration degree at OTH Regensburg with a final grade of 1.1, top of my class, and I am now studying for the Mannheim Master in Management. Along the way I went through pretty much every application process you are facing: scholarship applications and interviews, exchange applications on three continents, assessment centres and online tests. Some worked on the first try, some only on the second.

For almost three years I tutored business mathematics at OTH, plus one semester of economics, so I know where students usually get stuck. And through the student consultancy intouchConsult I know the University of Regensburg from the inside as well.

If you are studying in Regensburg without having grown up in the German system, you are dealing with two things at once. The subject itself, and a set of unwritten rules nobody explains: how a German CV is expected to look, what a Zwischenprüfung actually decides, why companies here care about your Praxissemester. That is exactly what we work on.

Process

How it works

Free intro call

15 minutes by video call. Tell me your situation, whether it's an exam, an application or an assessment centre, and I will tell you openly whether and how I can help.

Plan and first session

You send me your documents in advance and I go through them before we meet. In the session we set your goal and a plan, then we get straight to work.

Do the work, then sharpen it

After the session you also get your feedback in writing. Between sessions you work with concrete tasks and I stay available until your deadline, selection day or exam.

FAQ

Common questions

Can we work in English?

Yes. Sessions can be held entirely in English. Your applications, however, will usually need to be in German, and that is part of what we work on. I can tell you what German employers and foundations expect and where a direct translation from English goes wrong.

Do you guarantee a scholarship or a job offer?

No. And be sceptical of anyone who does. What I do promise is honest feedback, a noticeably stronger application than before and preparation that leaves nothing to chance on the day.

Is this only for business students?

The application, scholarship and career support works for students of any subject. The exam tutoring focuses on business and economics subjects.

How do I book?
